"Es buena barbacoa . De horno . Aún que el consomé está un poco bautizado ( le ponen agua ) para que rinda se entiende eso . Pero cuando fui estaba pasado de sal. La.barbacoa.muy buena y los tacos excelentes . Muy bien servidos . No tiene lugar para estacionar el automóvil . Lo cual puede llegar a ser un problema ."

"Así exactamente es cómo yo se que debe saber la tradicional barbacoa de borrego...cocinada durante toda la noche en el tradicional horno de piedra con pencas de maguey...el consomé, el café y las mujeres se deben tomar calientes o no se toman reza un antiguo dicho mexicano, algo misógino para la actualidad...pero el consomé de toño casi alcanza el título de "néctar de los dioses" y si eres de los que lo toman como yo...hirviendo, este es el lugar qué tienes que visitar...me atrevo a decir que solo en el estado de Hidalgo he comido barbacoa tan buena como en este lugar y para completar se atiende con mucha amabilidad y a un precio que considero muy por debajo de su gran calidad."
